Terms of Use

This is a translation. The German version is authoritative.

These terms apply to morgrad.com and the game Morgrad Survivors in the browser and on Windows. The provider is the operator named in the legal notice.

1. Free fan game

Morgrad Survivors is a free fan game. There is no entitlement to the game or the website being available at all times; both may be changed or discontinued at any time.

2. Gothic II is required

To play, you need your own lawfully acquired copy of Gothic II – Night of the Raven. The game reads its files only on your computer; it contains and distributes no Gothic files. Do not pass Gothic files on to others.

3. Use

You may use the game privately and free of charge and share the link to morgrad.com. Please download the Windows version only from morgrad.com; modifying the program files or publishing them elsewhere is not permitted. The included libraries are subject to their licenses (LIZENZEN.txt).

4. Saves

Saves are stored only on your device (browser storage or user folder). We cannot be responsible for their loss, for example by clearing browser data – back up your progress with “Save game”.

5. Liability

As the game and website are free of charge, we are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Liability for injury to life, body or health and mandatory statutory liability remain unaffected.

6. Trademarks

Morgrad Survivors is not affiliated with THQ Nordic. GOTHIC® is a registered trademark of THQ Nordic GmbH.

7. Discord

On our Discord server, its server rules and Discord’s terms also apply. You can turn off the display in your Discord profile (Windows version) in Discord under “Activity Privacy”.

8. Law and changes

German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected. These terms may be changed; the version published here applies.
